McLeod Window not Appearing on Screen (e.g., Brokerage Planning, Workflow Client, etc.) - User Guide Issue When trying to open a McLeod window—such as the Brokerage Planning screen or the Workflow Client—the window will not appear on screen. However, it will appear in the taskbar as if it is open. Closing and re-opening McLeod does not fix the issue, nor does restarting the computer. Cause Windows remembers the last window position and tries to reopen it in the same spot. If the display setup changes, the window may reopen off-screen. Resolution Hover your mouse cursor over the McLeod icon in the taskbar and then right-click the window that is not appearing on screen. Click Move. To force the window to snap to your mouse cursor, press any arrow key on your keyboard. The window should instantly appear on screen. Click on the screen anywhere to release it from your mouse cursor.
