Reconnect RingCentral to Zoho CRM Instructions Connect RingCentral to Zoho CRM Sign in to https://crm.zoho.com/ Click the Phone button in the bottom-right corner Click Login to RingCentral Enter your email address and click Next Check the box to Stay signed in and then enter your RingCentral password. Click Sign In. Note: if you do not know your password, then you can use the Forgot Password link on this screen. Be aware that you will need to sign back in to RingCentral on your laptop and mobile device if your password is reset. On the Access Request screen, click Authorize. Click I Accept to choose your phone number as the Emergency Calling Registered Address. You might be prompted to enter a 6-digit code sent to your email. Check you work mailbox for an email sent from RingCentral. Enter the code Note: it occasionally fails to send the email before the code expires. If this happens, just try resending the code until it works You are now signed-in to RingCentral in Zoho CRM. Calls should begin logging right away. Set Device for Outbound Calls Click the Phone button in the lower-right corner and click Preferences. In the Preferences choose the option to make your calls through RingOut and then choose the device name with your name in it. Click Save.
