PulseVPN 2FA
we are implementing two factor authentication for our Pulse VPN users. This change is to ensure we are compliant with our Cyber Security Insurance.
If you use the Pulse Secure VPN, you will need to follow the instructions listed below before you will be able to connect successfully after the change.
- Open the MobilePass application on your laptop
- Open the Self-Enrollment email sent to you, this will provide a link that will forward you to a SafeNet website containing the MobilePass token:
- Click on the link to enroll your MobilePASS Token:
- Switch to the MobilePass App you opened earlier
- Click Continue to start the enrolment process

On the “Create New Token” screen, enter Your Company Name for the “New token name” field and click “Activate.”

- On the Set a Token PIN screen, for the “Token PIN” field, enter a 4 Digit PIN Number (you will need this PIN every time you need to access MobilePass) and click “Continue.”

- On the following Set a Token PIN screen, for the “Re-enter Token PIN” field, enter the same 4 Digit Pin Number value as used on the previous screen and click “Continue.”

- Select Auto Enrollment

- At this point, your SafeNet MobilePASS application is configured and is ready to use to generate your one-time password (OTP), or passcode.
