User Info for Duo

We preparing to use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) with Duo and follow a new password policy in order to get Cybersecurity Insurance coverage. Everyone will be required to use Duo and have new passwords. Below are some links on what MFA is and how to set it up on your phones:

Currently, Duo will only be used with email, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Once you setup Duo and it requires authentication, you will have the option to check a box to remember the device for 30 days (see below). Once you check the box you can chose an authentication method.
