Password Policy
To increase our corporate security, we will be forcing all employees to reset their password to meet our new password policy requirements. Please review the guidelines below as they are necessary for successfully updating your password.
Password Must:
Be at least 12 total characters
• Must meet at least 3 of the 4 following criteria
o Uppercase letter
o Lowercase Letter
o Special character
o Numeric value
- Cannot match any of the last 10 passwords used
- Change your password every 6 months
Part of the new password policy includes an account lock if you enter the incorrect password 5 or more times. You will need to contact the Help Desk (it@rshanline.com , Ext 175 or 614-468-6640) for assistance to unlock your account if this occurs.
